Description
Photograph of Texas Tech student Timothy Cole, taken at the 99th District courthouse. Cole was accused and convicted of sexually assaulting a fellow student in 1985. He died in prison in 1999, and was later exonerated of the crime in 2009 following another convict confessing to the crime. Photo by Rodney Markham.
