This image appears in the October 14, 1964 issue of The Daily Toreador with the caption "ARMY BLUES -- These four girls are part of the more than 100 applicants applying for the new Army ROTC girls auxiliary drill team, the Army Blues. Left to right are Paula Boyden, Carol Czerwiec, Kelle Birdson, and Susan Davis. Kay Burleson, not pictured, is acting commander and organizer of the group."
