This interview features Vicente Soto, a long-time resident of Amarillo, Texas and the proprietor and editor of El Bilingue Newspaper. Soto discusses his early life in Mexico, his decision to immigrate to the United States of America, learning a new language, cultural differences, and beginning his professional career.
