“C. M. Stidham puts in place the bronze plaque on the Memorial marker erected on the site of the Clayco Oil Company No.1, Woodruff-Putnam lease, a wildcat gusher which blew in on April 1, 1911, setting off the boom which resulted in the development of the Electra oil fields.”
