This 26-page document is part of a bound set of Board of Directors meeting minutes dated 1923-1938 that had been loaned to the University Archives for scanning by the Board of Regents Office. Each year's meeting minutes have been scanned separately rather than as a multi-year bound volume. The administrative body once known as the Board of Directors is now called the Board of Regents.
