Inscription (on back): HORACE COOK, standing, looking over an old cypress wood storage tank near The Colorado-Texas Petroleum Company's W. L. Foster No. 1 Well drilled and completed 1917-1920 near IATAN, a siding and small townsite on the T&P Ry. Co. ROW, Mitchell County, Texas.
