Inscription (on back): Old bull wheels in Westbrook Field in Mitchell County, Texas. This was the reel or spool for wire drilling line or cable used on the old "Standard" or "Cable Tool" Rigs back in the 20's -- This picture was taken by L. B. Elliott during the middle 1970's.
