Description
Vernon's application to the Locating Committee for Technological College consists of several items. The bound proposal book is 24 pages, back and front, and includes the brief statement; addresses climatic, water and accessibility issues; has information on the proposed site for the college; and 16 black and white photographs. The drawing depict site no. 1 and no. 2 offered for the new college. The supplemental brief is 7 pages.
