Description
Photograph of a crowd standing on and nearby a drilling platform. At the bottom of the photograph are the words "Colliton Discovery Well, Cherokee County, Texas" and "Note--oil and gas both shown in photograph." Handwritten on the back of the image is "April 1925?" The details in the image are incredibly sharp.
