This issue covered topics such as the passing of the city ordinance to prevent selling to people in cars which was aimed at The Catalyst; campus police compiling files and footage of people engaged in demonstrations and rallies; recap of elections on the national and local scene; the 1670 trial of William Penn and William Mead; the Halloween march in Austin against the Vietnam war; the debate over a pass-fail system on campus; criticism over the name change to "Texas Tech University Complex"; Lubbock's new draft counseling center; a list of volunteer agencies for students to get involved in; solitications on the Tech campus; and the barring of Chicanos from lubbock schools during Public Education Week. The issue is the dated November 7-21, 1970, and sold for 25 cents.
