Description
The Activists' Forum newspaper is comprised of 8 pages of student written articles, satires and political statements. This issue covered topics such as the naming of satirical awards for faculty and administrators in 1968; the arrest of Benjamin Lach for the murder; the Board of Directors procrastination on the subject of the name change for the college; discrimination at Texas Tech; the student senate; patriotism and nationalism; political candidate Don Yarborough; discrimination in fraternities and sororities; communism and apathy at Texas Tech; and the Avalanche-Journal's reporting on the Benjamin Lach case.
