Description
Photograph of a side view of a female student wearing graduation robes with the Administration Building in the background. The image appears on the cover of the June 1961 Texas Techsan magazine with the title "As Tech Grows." The caption for the image states "Graduation unleashes the student and turns him loose on a new world. College has had four years to influence him. This is the story of 'student growth' on pages 3-13. Project editor was Mary Helen Fairly. Associate editors were Frances Taylor, Pat Porter, Ellen Venable and Dorothy Chenault. Besides Miss Chenault, a secondary education major, all are journalism majors."
