Accompanying press release states: "CONFERENCE DISCUSSION--More than 400 persons attended the opening session Friday of the two-day West Texas Conference on Learning Disabilities in the Texas Tech Union. Shown discussing the program are Dr. Sam D. Clements (left), pediatric psychologist at the University of Arkansas Medical Center; Iris Anderson, of Lubbock's St. Christopher's School and Thomas M. Cannon, Headmaster at St. Christopher's. The conference is attracting top medical, educational and legislative leaders in the specialized field."
